We're releasing our TEE-builder in open source today
@bertcmiller @socrates1024 @metachris showed the feasibility of running a block builder within SGX. Our approach differs for reasons below, and we believe this will drive broader innovation and choice.

TEE-builder is written from scratch in Rust with open source components like SputnikVM, which we use as our EVM interpreter, and in-house developed SGX libraries based on teaclave-sgx-sdk.
We will also be open sourcing those in the next couple of days.
